In tonight’s episode, we are looking at the case of Mrs Zanele Nkosi who claims that her Right to fair value, good quality and timely notice of any unavoidable delays in the performance of a Service was violated by Bataung Memorials. She purchased a tombstone for her late beloved husband to the value of R 45 000 and she was later persuaded by Mr Lebohang Khitsane the CEO of Bataung Memorials to purchase a different tombstone that he proposed as more suitable, for an additional value of R 50 000but it was never erected.
