Episode 12 - Orthopaedic Mess

Bongani Mfeka is a 53 year old from Vosloorus in the East Rand. On the 29th of November 2013 Bongani saw beds at Cresta Mall on display. One of the beds caught Bongani’s and was offered an opportunity to lay on the bed and experience the wonders of the bed . Bongani was impressed with the bed as the bed offered what no other bed had offered him before so he made a conscious decision to pay R18 000 for this bed.

The sales person promised that as the 29th was a Friday the bed would be delivered on Saturday the 30th (the following day).It has been 6 months and he is still getting the same excuse from Orthopaedic Pillow and Mattress that his bed is still being manufactured and they will deliver as soon as it is completed
