Episode 4 - MTN

In tonight’s episode, we investigate the case of Thandeka Olivia Skhopela who claims that her Right to fair, Just and reasonable Terms and Conditions. Thandeka applied for a phone on an MTN contract in November 2011, but due to a delay in the delivery of the phone she assumed the contract was not successful hence she bought herself a phone and when they called her 2 weeks later she proceeded to cancel the contract. A year later Thandeka started receiving statements of the contract phone that she cancelled and was not in possession off, She went to the MTN  branch where she had applied for the contract as well as the MTN head office but got very little help.
