Hopeless and keyless with NO place to call home!!!
In this episode we investigate Willy Kalala from Southern People Properties in which the complainant’s right to fair and honest dealings was violated.
In 2011 Ms Nenngwekhulu bought a house that was auctioned, which amounted to R390 000.00 for her mother in Moletsane through an estate agent. The agent was paid in cash as a bank transaction. In February the same year, the house was registered in her name. However till this date, Takalani and her mother have not received keys to the house. There is a family that refuses to leave the property because they say it is a family home.
Takalani is currently paying back a home loan for the house that they are not even living in.
Her mother bought a stand in Lenasia where she built a 2 bedroomed house and regrettably it was one of those houses that were demolished in the housing catastrophe that took place late last year.
The people who are occupying the house have renovated it and the agent is making no efforts for the Nenngwekhulus to get their house. Willy has being making promises and to no avail. Takalani has already spent over R90 000.00 for rental for the past two years
Takalani wants what is due to her and asked Speak Out to intervene on the matter.
