Nompumelelo Shezi, a single mother who was trying to make ends meet approached Shosholoza Surebank in the hope that she would be out of her financial burdens once she was loaned the R2500. Little did she know that she would regret the decision of approaching them as a short term relief. Shosholoza Surebank issued her a garnishing order.
